Turkey Kielbasa Easy Dinner

So my blog is going to become a little different. It will be more about recipes I try and my reviews on products etc I am currently using and trying. My healthier and fitness focused lifestyle is allowing me to step out of my comfort zone and try new things and I would love to share with you all my opinions! Comment with questions or if you have tried them as well!

So to start here is an easy and affordable dinner!

In a skillet heat up sausage (it's pre-cooked) with a little evoo and then remove from pan. Take chopped green peppers and onions and sauté till softened. Add potato mix till that is heated through and then add sausage back in. Add whatever seasonings you like or just simple s&p. Cook until browning occurs and ENJOY!

Next I may try sweet potatoes or butternut squash instead of potato mix for a healthier edition.

Fun dessert or snack are those banana and pb sandwiches dipped in chocolate I saw all over Pinterest. I gave it a try but had chocolate melting issues lol. Added coconut on top and although not the best looking they turned out delicious!

Adventures Now & Coming Soon

My visit to S. Korea was wonderful and we were able to visit some wonderful places like beaches at Busan and tour of the DMZ. Got to see my BFF from high school in Bolivia which was such a blessing!

While there we got news our followon was canceled so we applied for a new one and we will be moving this summer to Charleston SC! We are looking forward to Mr Bumblebees return and our new southern beach adventures.

I am loving yoga still and participating in a new challenge on Instagram every month! It's so great to see progress and feel stronger because of it.

1 yr older and Visiting South Korea

Had a great birthday full of family time and surprises from Mr Bumblebee.

A few days later I came to South Korea to visit Mr Bumblebee and it has been an adventure so far! We have been enjoying exploring and trying new things. So great to spend time together!

Seoul was awesome and we used airbnb.com to find a place to stay which worked out wonderfully! We went up Seoul Tower and locked on our love on the lock wall of love. Also mailed a postcard from there which will be fun to get in the mail. We tried some street food like sausage wrapped in a batter, sweet filled pancakes, potato spiral stick, and these cookies that tasted like burnt marshmallow. We also had these cheese bagels from Dunkin Donuts which I loved! Did a little shopping in Myeondong as well which was fun to look around. The Korean War Museum was an informative visit and a cool stop on our Seoul trip. Riding the train and subway had it's ups and downs but we made it!

Looking forward to more adventures...

Healthy Bites

Trying to make healthier choices this year so for SuperBowl weekend I made kale nachos and a fruit dip made from nonfat Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Both were a yummy success and inspired by Pinterest finds.

I'm January I did a month yoga challenge where I attempted a new poise each day.  For February I found one on Instagram. It has been fun to see what I am capable of and inspired me to keep pushing myself.

Still missing hubby but getting excited to visit him in less than two months!

Feeling Crafty

Over Christmas I attempted some DIY sharpie mugs and they turned out great! So for my husbands most recent care package I made mug and sent him the necessities for mug cake! The idea is all over Pinterest and is practical for those without an oven.

Have you ever made a vision board? Well at a Thirtyone conference I was at recently we made them and I enjoyed the experience. It was a great way to focus in on the things I want to accomplish in my future.

Recent aha moment: Step out of your comfort zone!
